Fitness tip No. 3: Inform your trainer of any previous and current medical conditions
having a trainer unaware of your current medical condition can cause

Fitness tip No. 4: Stay with in your limit
Make sure when you train, your program does not control you and that you respect your bodies boundaries.
- Your trainer is a specialized exercise professional and will give you the weight you need to lift not the weight you always want to lift, they will know what is best for your body to build your body in a fun and safe environment
- Tell your trainer how you are feeling (i.e. too light, too heavy)
- Stop if you feel dizzy
- Stay hydrated
- HAVE FUN
Fitness tip No. 5: Pick the trainer for you
Choosing the right trainer is key to your success. You will get to work with both Mike and Darren throughout your fitness jouney but your main trainer is the one who you report to and who you confide in. Both our trainers are certified fitness consultants who have the ability to discuss any matter that you feel is impacting your performance.
The trainer client relationship is the most important part of your training because when you connect with your trainer you will see how much better you feel and how you will progress when you have one of our trainers in your corner.
